Both self catering  holiday cottages sleeps 4.  They are fitted with modern facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  The cottage accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one kingsize and one twin. They both have gardens and freesat HD TV

• Sea Lavender Cottage has large open plan living room with a real wood/fuel burning stove, kitchen /diner with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The accommodation is self catering.  It has a lovely secluded garden with bbq, garden furniture and a childrens play area. 
• Lavender cottage has a separate living room and kitchen, and separate utility which contains the washing machine.  It also has a multi fuel burning stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob and washing machine.  It has a secluded courtyard garden again with bbq and garden furniture. Wifi available.
  

Sea Lavender Cottage is situated 200yds from the bustling centre of Burnham Market. It is on a quiet street with parking on the road.  It has easy access to the village centre, pubs, excellent restaurants and amazing array of shopping supplying nearly all you could possibly require from a fish-mongers, baker and butchers to a chemist, hat shop, galleries and plenty of clothes boutiques as well as one of the best wine merchants for miles around.

Lavender Cottage is set back from the road in a courtyard setting.  The centre of the village is only 50yds away.  There is a delicatessen, the Cley smoke house, restaurants, pubs, and tea shops. There are many galleries and a bookshop. The local town of Holt  contains many independent shops from boutiques to fish mongers, further restaurants and a couple of fish and chip shops.  The village is famous for the smoke house, the windmill and its access to bird watching. 

There is also plenty to do in the area surrounding Burnham Market which is only 16 miles from Cley Next the Sea.  The sea is only 3 miles away with many beautiful sandy beaches, there is bird watching and seal watching, sailing, windsurfing, stately homes, windmills, museums, walking, cycling, children's farms and many other attractions to suit all ages, couples and families. Inside Sea Lavender Cottage the furnishings are modern and comfortable.  There is electric central heating which keeps the cottage at an even temperature (this is not storage heaters).  There is a flat screen TV in the living room, with DVD player and HD Free Sat and a stereo that plays CDs and Mini Discs. Lavender cottage has a similar technology / furnishings / heating set up to Sea Lavender and it also has wifi / broadband.  It also has an additional stereo system with ipod dock.  Many of the attractions around Burnham Market can be reached from Cley.  In additon you are closer to Norwich and all that offers.  The local beach is only a short walk away and there are the sandy beaches of Sherngham and Cromer close by.  There are many local nature reserves and walks for bird watching, the coast is great for sea fishing, the Poppy Line steam train is close by as well as the activities above being easily accessible.
