The cottage is strictly a non-smoking property inside and any cleaning costs due to smoking will be charged at cost and will be for immediate payment after your stay.
Maximum four people allowed in the cottage and no pets due to others that may have allergies
Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover yourself for cancellations etc. Some companies that supply UK insurance are on the useful links page (we accept no liability for the policies available / you purchase.)
